All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Prices may change without prior notice. If an incorrect price is displayed due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify the customer.

5. Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

6. Shipping

We currently deliver orders within Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Product unavailability.
Incorrect pricing or product information.
Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
Incomplete or incorrect customer information.

If an order is cancelled after confirmation, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Customers must follow all requirements outlined in that policy, including providing a complete parcel opening video for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item claims.
