1. Parcel Opening Video (Required)

To be eligible for any claim related to a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, you must record a clear, uninterrupted video while opening the parcel.

The video should:

  • Start before the package is opened.
  • Clearly show the shipping label and the sealed package.
  • Show the complete unboxing without any cuts or edits.
  • Clearly display the product received.

Claims submitted without a parcel opening video may not be accepted.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear parcel opening video.
  • Photos (if requested).
  • A brief description of the issue.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved by the store owner, we will provide instructions for the return or replacement process.

3. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The claim has been reviewed and approved by the store owner.
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories (where applicable).

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method (where applicable) or another mutually agreed refund method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
  • Items returned without prior approval.
  • Claims submitted without the required parcel opening video.
  • Return requests made after the 7-day return period.

  • The parcel opening video is mandatory for all damage, missing item, or wrong item claims.
  • We reserve the right to reject any claim that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
  • The final decision regarding any refund, replacement, or return request rests with the store owner.
