Shipping Area
We currently deliver orders within Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
At this time, we do not offer nationwide or international shipping. If our shipping coverage expands in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped through trusted courier or delivery services selected by GADGETS HEAVEN to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Payment Method
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
Please ensure that the correct payment amount is available at the time of delivery.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed after confirmation.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed, delivery generally takes 1–3 business days within Karachi.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
If free shipping is offered on selected products or promotions, the offer will be clearly mentioned on the product page or at checkout.
Order Tracking
If tracking information is available, it will be shared with you after your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including their full name, address, and contact number.
GADGETS HEAVEN is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery cannot be completed because:
- The customer is unavailable,
- The delivery address is incorrect,
- The customer refuses to accept the order,
the order may be cancelled at our discretion. Repeated order refusals may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
To process your claim, you must provide a clear, uninterrupted parcel opening video showing the sealed package being opened. Claims submitted without a parcel opening video may not be eligible for review.

Delays Beyond Our Control
While we strive to deliver every order on time, GADGETS HEAVEN is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Severe weather
- Public holidays
- Courier service disruptions
- Government restrictions
